How long does installation actually take?
About 10 seconds. Pop it open like an umbrella, press it against the inside of your windshield, and let your sun visors hold it in place. No suction cups, no tools, no instructions manual needed.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-10 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your Luvenzo AutoShade for a full refund if you're not satisfied. Email us and we'll walk you through the process.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. If your shade arrives damaged or defective, or fails under normal use, we'll replace it or refund you — just reach out to our support team with your order number.
Can I use it at night or in winter?
It's built specifically for sun protection, so its job is done during daylight parking. Some customers do use it in winter to keep frost off the windshield overnight, but that's a bonus, not its main purpose — the core benefit is blocking heat and UV while your car sits in the sun.
