Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
• Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location. We'd rather set an honest expectation than a pretty one.
• Tracking: Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships — you can follow your package every step of the way.
• Shipping cost: Standard US shipping is free on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.
• Delays: Occasionally, high demand or customs processing can extend delivery by a few extra days. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at luvenzo.shop@gmail.com and we'll investigate right away.
• Multiple items: If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times — this is normal and doesn't affect your order.
• Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issue.
